My monitor says "Input is not supported".

I am using HDMI - DVi transformer, because my monitor doesn't have HDMI port, and when I start my Xbox One S my monitor says "Input is not supported", while i could play until this day with the same setup.

Do you have more than 1 television in your home? If you do, try connecting your Xbox console to another Tv other than the one that you've already tried. What we're trying to do is narrow down what the issue might be by the order of elimination. The
issue is either with the HDMI cord or the HDMI port on the Xbox console. Try that and let us know how it goes! We look forward to hearing back from you.

I tried to plug on my TV with the original HDMI cabel, that i got with the Xbox, and there is still no signal. Any solution?

Hi AdmittedMoon888,

sorry to hear. I think, the problem caused by the HDMI handshake and can in many cases be solved with the help of an HDMI EDID manager. But first try to useanother HDMI 2.0 cable because often they suddenly fail from one day to the next.

It didn't work i've tried it with 2 different monitors that are both 144 hz and one of says "out range" (which is the asus im using rn) and the other one says "input not supported" (Acer monitor) btw if you want to know which type of asus monitor i have its the Asus VG248QE
