    My money was withdrawn from my account, but no game pass.


    Hello,

    Today I see in my bank app that I have a withdraw for Xbox Game Pass.

    I found out that when I made my first payment it goes automatically and puts recurrent billing, witch I did not want.

    I already have Xbox Live Gold and want my money back.

    The funny thing is that even if my money was taken, I still have Live Gold, I did not receive Game Pass.

    I deactivate recurring billing and removed payment methods to be absolutely sure this does not happen again.

    Please help me with some advice on how could I get back my money.
