    so i bought a xbox one and a gift card to buy a membership in xbox live or ea acces because you know is money, digital but money at least, but i cant simple like that i cant.

    In the card said nothing about that, nothing, of curse try bought a membership directly with mi credit card but is reject.

    so in the end my money is worthless?

    WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!

    I've asked at least 17 times where the **** my VIP rewards are from LAST MONTH. I've gotten dozens of wrong answers from morons and money grabbing lazy scumbags. Can someone who can see my account fix this ASAP. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!!!

    Where is my money?

    I have not received my promotional code for Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. It was $10 gift code and it never came. I was trying to buy an add on for the first time since last year when there was no money in my account which led me to realize that there
    is no money and I never received a code. If I did, then I must have overlooked it. Regardless, I want my $10 since they are rightfully mine.

    Currency from gift cards can only be used to purchase games and other content. It is not set up to work with a recurring subscription so it cannot be used to buy gold and it does not work with third party subscriptions so it won't work for EA Access. You
    would need to purchase subscriptions via credit card/PayPal or buying a prepaid gold or EA Access card.
