my money is not showing up

I Bought a xbox gift card and added it to my Account on the computer.

Then i went to the microsoft store on my xbox and tried to buy xbox game pass but the money does not show up i try to buy it on the computer but i have a new phone number so can't buy it for 1month and xbox game pass ultimate has an offer and will finish
after 7 days so i need to hurry can you help
