    hello, Microsoft, I'd want to complain about money missing from my account. On the date of 27/2/22, I put 25 euro in my account, canceled my xbox live membership to buy xbox gamepass today, and when I was about to purchase it, it just said I had only 8,93 euro left, which is the money I got back from the xbox live subscription, whereas yesterday, I had 15,94 since I bought apex coins for 9,99. I must have 22.93 euros in my account. I checked my history and it only shows that I paid for the apex coin and nothing else. i hope there is a solution to this because i dont want my money to go to waste, This is not the first time this has occurred.     My money are gone !!

    Have you tried going online to view your Microsoft billing account without using your Xbox. I've had something similar happen and in order to release my funds I had to re-enter and save my billing address online. Shortly there after my funds aka rewards
    points/$$$ were made available and I was able to use my balance on my Xbox to make purchases.

    For one thing you dont see your balance on xbox.com

    you need to either login on your console or commerce.microsoft.com

    all purchases has to be made on the console not the website if you want tonuse the currency also
