My money has not come back even when the agent i had talked to about it said it has

It sounds like you've been speaking with Support - you would need to continue your dialogue with them as we on the forums don't have insight into your discussions.

Like I stated before neither support agent gave me a number ending the call. First agent I was disconected from and when I call back the 2nd agent mentioned that the first agent had not left much information about what the problem was. The 2nd agent had
me unplug my modem which has my cable, internet, and phone connections. He knew that I would be disconnected and stated he would call me back which is more than 24 hours ago.

I just did this last night. I had 6 stuck amulets in my inventory. I found Svari at the Bards College and she wouldn't talk to me about it. Then later when the kids asked me to play tag, I talked to Svari and she said I should talk to her mother (Greta)
about going back to Temple. I did that and the Mom took the Amulet. No more stuck amulets. Was pretty easy but I think Svari has to be in a certain place.

As I said, on the porch of the college she only had normal dialogue. When on the path and playing tag she said she was really sad and other dialogue came up.

They removed the gifting option fairly recently (start of June maybe?) and, as yet, has been nothing said about when it will come back or indded, if it will come back

i have talked to an Xbox support agent and they said that this issue has been reported and the Xbox team is working on it.
