My money dissapeared

Greetings! I have a very serious problem. I've had about 20,000 HUF (hungarian forints) on my Xbox Account, but right now i have zero HUF. I have no idea, what happened, iv'e had zero transactions since early october. It's very-very frustrating. What's
the problem? Thanks.

You can also check Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it shows any transactions that may have used the money or if the currency expired.

You can view your account at Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if there are any transactions you didn't make or to see if the funds expired. Otherwise, you'd need to try contacting support and speak to billing.
