    Guys,im from Brazil,yesterday i bought 1500 microsoft points that was R$47,00,thats ok,so i bought the 5 episode of TWD and the far cry 3 dlc,and left RS 27,00 so today when i woke up i tried to buy the 1 episode of the 2 season and when i look my
    account don´t have any money,so when i get on the official site it still have the money...

    So what can i do ?

    Sorry, but do you mean that you changed the region on your account? If so, your account curency does not move with you.

    Or if you switched your gamertag to a whole new Microsoft account then your currency would not switch over to the new Microsoft account either. Really any kind of switching you do it states that any currency you have does not go with your gamertag.

    "When you change to a new Microsoft account, the current funds in your original Microsoft account do not transfer to your new Microsoft account." is what its says for switching a gamertag to a new Microsoft account, found here:

    http://commerce.microsoft.com     and you should be able to see if the money was spent or expired in your account. Otherwise, you will need to contact support directly and speak to billing.

    http://commerce.microsoft.com     and you should be able to see if the money was spent or expired in your account. Otherwise, you will need to contact support directly and speak to billing.

    My money disappeared...

    Go to your download history under "accounts" in the right of your dash & you might be able to redownload it from there.

    If it's not there you will need to phone support for your region & explain the situation to them.

    They can check to see what happened & issue you a refund if needed.
