My mom bought wrong call of duty..

Hello, my mother bought a gift for me.. i’m happy about it but, she bought the same game i already have.. I told her i would like to buy Black Ops 4 and she bought WWII instead.. not on purpose I don’t wanna tell that this is the same game i have. She
bought it on this account around 2 weeks ago. Could i change it? ? I don’t want the money but i would like to order bo4 (around same value) thanks alot

Help! I bought caal of dead and i cant find it!

I am a single mom and have idea what i'm doing. I bought call of the dead from the call of duty zombie series on xbox live. The console told me it downloaded but i go into my games, and it is not there. Where is it, and how do i get access to it?

I recently bought this online download for Call Of Duty Ghosts on amazon, my friend recommended it and something goes wrong when i enter the code.

 

You may have a chance to get a refund If You talk to Xbox Support, but I don't know If You will get a refund 'cause It was 2 weeks Ago, but You should do this, it's better than nothing

Is It possible to buy a game twice? You can talk to Support and have a chance to be refunded, If You don't get a refund and You have a physical copy of the game, You could sell It If You want
