    My modern warfare 2 won’t open :(


    I have the modern warfare cross gen disc and my Xbox won’t read the disc no tile pops up for it or anything no download option I’ve tried everything even reset my Xbox pleaseee helpMy modern warfare 2 won’t open :( :)

    Thank you for checking. Let's then remove the disc and use a clean soft cloth and clean the disc.

    After that perform a powercycle before inserting the disc again.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    It may mean that it's the disc itself for the Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

    Are there any scratches, dents or damages?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    In order for us to isolate the issue if it’s the console or the disc, have you tried to insert a different disc to check if it will work or not?
