My Missions Under Xbox Live Rewards Is not updating

For some reason my Dragon Ball Seasons I purchased last week do not show up under that particular "My Missions" And I pre-ordered and was charged for Halo Wars 2. Between those 2 purchases, NOTHING is showing up for the special "next star" My Mission.

Any thoughts on why this doesn't show/count and what I can do to get an itemized list of what the 2% back is coming from?

Does my Black Friday xbox one s console get xbox live rewards point?

Hi,

I've ordered xbox one s console under order [Mod Removed] during black friday. Is it apply to the xbox live reward program of xbox one console upgrade? How can I check if the reward mission apply and reward point pending in my account?

Account not updating missing rewards credits

Hi i am having issues with my xbox rewards account and customer service told me to post here but i have before and no response. This time i have beeen having issues with my tier not updating as well as i just did the mission where i bought an xbox one s
and havent recieved my 50,000 rewards credits. Yes i know it takes 96 hours to updat and i purchased it black friday. So the 2 things i need help with are 1 my xbox rewards tier not updating and 2 missing rewards credits for missions and stuff.

Hello Lodro,

We are investigating why your anime purchases did not increase the counter for that offer. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore are not eligible for the extra star offer, as mentioned in the FAQ for that offer:

Which content is eligible for this offer?

You must spend at least $75 before tax on qualifying MyVIP content from the Xbox Store and Microsoft Movies & TV during the offer period. Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (game pre-orders
do NOT qualify), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game season passes, themes, and avatar items. From Microsoft Movies & TV, qualifying content includes movies, TV shows, and TV seasons. However, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove
Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards do not qualify.

Furthermore, that purchase was made on January 31st, so would not have been eligible either way (this offer started in February). However, that purchase did award one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard.

We see that your counter for the extra star offer is accurate on your MyRewards page, and is showing your eligible February purchases, up to the most recent purchase we have processed for your account on the 8th.

Once we receive more information from our platform team on why your anime offer is not receiving progress, we will update this thread. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Our platform team has corrected an issue where the VIP Boost was taking priority over other offers, causing them to not complete properly. We see that your Credits for completing the offer are now pending in your account. Apologies for the inconvenience.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since you only purchased those on the 26th, that was only within 48 hours. Please allow 96 hours (four days) for us to receive and process that information.

There was a recent update to Xbox Rewards quests. If you are under 18, you can no longer earn Xbox Rewards. If that is not the case, you'd want to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
