    My missions Reward issue


    I completed all steps of the my mission Reward last month ....bought well over the £32 worth of stuff, got myself a dragon avatars item (over £2) and 5 achievements in witcher 3 that I bought so expected 15000 credits.... previously posted when only 5000
    showed....it has now gone up to 9000 ....its past 96 hours but I definitely followed all steps so is there an issue or just a usual delay in all 15000 credits showing?

    My mission issue

    Hello every one!

    I'm trying to do one mission "Refer your friends and get rewarded" but when I click on "get started" my browser redirect me on https://rewards.xbox.com/ instead of Xbox Live Rewards.

    I tried to put the link in browser, same issue.

    I tried with different browsers in different computer, same issue.

    Can someone help me?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with avatar purchasing that we are working with another team on resolving. While we await their fix for this issue, we will adjust your account manually for completion of that part of the offer.
    You should see these Credits appear shortly, with the bonus to follow later.

    You could also complete reward missions if you have the gamepass some missions give 600 reward points you can typically earn over 2000 reward points every month hope this helps

    I should already be star rank 3 making progress to star rank 4

    And and I have yet to receive my 15000 reward points for pre-ordering three of the available games for that mission or any of my other free to play missions for this month so please fix it
