    My Missions (pre-order)


    Why is it taking so long for my actions to be rewarded through your system? I have pre-ordered and paid for, three qualifying titles and my missions has not updated. It should show at least progress level 2, considering shadow of war and South park are well
    past 96 hours! It's not just the missions, unless I'm mistaken you are consistently a month behind on my 8%. I don't know what's going on recently but I have never had reason to complain before. An explanation would be appreciated.

    I pre ordered 3 games in the list, COD, SWBF and Marvel Lego but only 1 of the 3 registered as a pre order on the mission. All games are now released and purchased.

    As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since only your Marvel Lego purchase was made during the offer, you did not complete the offer.

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
    each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit     http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time

    its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

    Since only one purchase was made during this offer period, you have only one punch out of three required for this offer. Additionally from the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    Since we calculate MyVIP payback as a monthly whole, we do not award it until midway through the following month.

    Hi ABitOfFruit. Smwutches is correct. That pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you didn't purchase three pre-orders, the mission was not completed.

    no one is helping nearly two months just junk replys of stufff from faq that helps in no way

    Also i just looked and my bullet storm pre order i got nothing it shows in mission page i missed pre ordering it when i have receipt i pre ordered it in April during this mission and my gamer pic is still old pirate hat gamer pic not my new one that on
    forums here. please help its going on way to long just under 60 days and no one can help that works for Microsoft
