Rewards points mission not crediting

There is a rewards mission to receive 15,000 points for pre ordering and purchasing 3 eligible games prior to their release dates. I did this with Madden 18, destiny 2, and NBA 2k18. On the mission progress screen I'm only being credited with purchasing
2 of the 3 games though, therefore I'm not receiving the 15,000 points. Please help, thanks.

—How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between July 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

We see that you redeemed your purchase of NBA 2k18 as a token from another source. Since this purchase was not made off the store, it was not eligible for this offer.

From the FAQ for the Forza offer:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since that offer is not yet over, it is too early to see Credits for that action.

Regarding your avatar and achievements, we have determined why your avatar purchase was not being tracked, and you should see those Credits shortly. We see that you were recently awarded for your achievements, but do see that it was awarded outside the expected
96 hour period, and are investigating why this occurred.

We have also determined that an issue with your Shadows of War purchase prevented it from being applied to your punchcard, and are following that up with another team. In the meanwhile, we were able to confirm your purchase, and will also adjust that manually.

We do not see any previous Forza playtime for this gamertag beyond some recent playtime in Forza 6 on October 2nd.

Thats not how its worded, i cant earn multipal credits, in this case i earned none.

If i had earned credits by completing a mission then that's reasonable, the my VIP would be earning credits twice for the same action. in this case as they where not earned form that action they should be earned for the my VIP.

It only shows the credits for the mission that you quit out of, and since it was just the beginning cutscene of the mission, you got awarded 0 cR for that mission. The credits for the challenge and the mission you completed the challenge on should have been
awarded regardless, you just don't get to see them actually being awarded unless you have scoring on (which will show the credit screen after each mission I believe, instead of going straight to the next mission).
