    My Missions - Being Doctor Rewards Not Giving Credit


    I completed all the tasks needed for the Mission - Being Doctor Rewards on 1/24/2018. Yet, I still don't see the full credits. I'm only getting credit for spending money on "Dress how he dresses".

    Can you please make sure I'm going to get the full credit?

    I spent over $30 on games that were listed in the FAQs. I also got 5 achievements in one of those games. I even tweeted about the mission.

    hi there I have recently bought a game called gears of war 4 from my being doctor rewards, but I never got my reward credits for buying it ???

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our source for purchase data that is currently in the process of being resolved. This issue has resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. Once this issue
    has been resolved and that information begins to flow again, you should see your offer progress appropriately.We have reviewed your account from another source, and see purchases made on the 25th. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase
    and not when we receive it, there should be no issue with progressing your offer due to this delay. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

    Since you registered as a British Rewards member, only purchases in that region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. Since your purchase of Firewatch was made with CHF, it was not eligible for Rewards, and did not complete the first part of the offer.
    Since you did not complete the first part of the offer, you cannot progress the achievement part of this offer.
