    I am not receiving full credit for completing a reward mission

    Equip yourself for the duration by spending $2 before tax

    I spent $2 on items before tax, I bought two, one dollar items.

    but I only received 80% credit towards the reward goals and does not show as complete

    On The Hunt Challenge

    I have not earned credit for the On The Hunt Challenge (3 monthly missions in a row) yet, but I feel I should have. I finished "You Compete Me" in February, "Wild West Rewards" in March, and "Pandemic Rewards" April. Please help, thank you.

    They take a long time to give me rewards credits

    It's been over 96 hours and I still have not received my reward rewards pandemic credits, what happens?

    From the FAQ:

    • Level 2: Stop by an Outpost - Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $2 before tax on protective avatar items from the Microsoft Store.
    Since both these purchases were under $1 before tax, you have not yet completed the offer.

    Gamerscore is not the same as Rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases. In order to receive rewards credits, you need to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.

    There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware. You'd want to keep an eye on the Missions page of the Rewards site to see if any become available closer to launch.

    How can I earn more?

    All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. In order to earn credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP
    rebates.

    Bing Rewards is a completely separate program and will not count toward earning rewards credits.
