    My Miscroft Store won't let me download/own any mature games?


    Hello! I have been a long time user of miscroft and Xbox and recently, my parents removed my account from the family group. After they did this, everytime I try to download a game such as Call of Duty Warzone, or Warframe. Instead, it says, "Oops. Not sure what happened there. Please try again later." And it has been consistently giving the same response for up to 2-3 months. I've tried hard reseting, full reset, updating the console, everything! Please lend me some help, I would greatly appreciate anything thrown my way.

    Purchased and previously Downloaded games not downloading.

    Mature rated games are only 18+ ?

    Well its not an issue buying Mature rated games as i have ID and can go to any gamestore though I'm unable to download Mature content so its counter intuitive to let me, a minor, buy mature rated games but not purchase DLC for said games.

    I can't seem to download gears 4 anymore?

    Yes I have restarted my PC I did dism sfc chkdsk wsreset etc and no results. It let me download it once but now ever since I cancelled the download it won't let me anymore

    Literally the only game I have an issue downloading. I have no issues with any other game

    Is there a way to reinstall Microsoft store... I will try to do that... If it doesn't work then problem is definitely on their end not mine
