My mirosoft Solitaire Games wants me to sign in but will not will not let me, and I do have a ...

I got it working by clicking on the Xbox icon in the microsoft solitaire collection app. Then after that launches a window I was able to go to its home screen and see my Microsoft Solitaire game information and there was a play button. When I clicked that
it signed me in and let me play solitaire.

As a side note I was having the same issue logging into Microsoft Mahjong. I was able to log in and play that game as well using the same method as above.

I cannot sign in to my Solitaire Collection. I haven't had any problems before but now Xbox won't let me sign in. The same goes for Mahjong. I can play these games but nothing is saved. Can someone help me.

This is happening to me, too, and I had been playing Solitaire for months with no problems. I did not make any changes to my computer. I get the update available notice, log in, it takes me to the store that tells me there are no updates available and then
it logs me out. If I leave Solitaire open it correctly logs my games played and won, but if I close Solitaire and then go through the sign in/update/sign out glitch, it resets my games back to where I was when the glitch started happening.

I cannot sign into my account in Mahjong. When I click on the games, the window asking me to sign into my Microsoft account comes up. I type in my e-mail address and password and a screen requesting permission to access and update my XBox live comes up.
When I click on the yes button, it goes back to the game screen and prompts me that it cannot sign me in. The solitaire and tap tiles are letting me sign in with no problems. I am using Windows 8.

I cannot sign in to Microsoft Jackpot. It keeps telling me that the in app purchase is not available, even though I have not clicked on any in app purchases. It then tells me I must sign in to my x-box account, even though the Microsoft Solitaire collection
shows that I am logged in. I have lost all of my progress and it is trying to make me start over because I can't sign in to the game. I am having similar problems with Microsoft Treasure Hunt, except it will eventually let me play where I left off.
