My minecraft worlds keep disappearing

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. Is it possible that the console is being powered down while it is saving at the end of the gaming session? Do you do anything differently on occasions where the game does save and is able
to be booted back up where you left off? After trying the great suggestions by our awesome Ambassadors team, I would recommend going to the

Hello there, I can understand the problems you're facing. This sounds like a file had been corrupted, this does happen in some certain scenarios. I have a possible fix if you'd like to try what this person had done here.

reseting while keeping my games will reset while keeping the game icons, that is obvious but will my game progress be reset, for example I play Minecraft survival, will that world disappear, after the reset, or is it saved in a server somewhere?

Have you checked your connection? You might also want to contact Mojang, the makers of this game about it. The servers for Minecraft is apart from the Xbox server.
