My Minecraft world got self deleted

My minecraft world that i have been working on for about a month in time now got self deleted. I was just on it earlier in the day and it was a little bit slow but it wasnt anything bad. Then i tried getting on it later and it wouldnt load into the world
i closed out and restarted my xbox got baxk on minecraft and it was gone. I went and looked for the file using file explorer found the world but the cloud didnt save it and it shows it as having nothing saved after me constantly trying to save it. Idk what
to do to get it back.

I’m playing bedrock version on xbox one. I never got the cancel option, but my save file disappeared. I went digging through the xbox settings to find the file, but it doesn’t work like the 360, and the only options I could find were to delete stuff. I
was playing and since there is no pause, I hit “save and quit” like 3 times in an hour. Then the third or fourth time, I hit start, and my save file was not there!
