    My minecraft won't work


    So one day i went on the xbox and could not start minecraft. I even tried to restart my xbox one but that did not work either. So i gave up and started playing somthing else. The next day the same thing happened and i did not care. This went on for weeks
    and then when i tried to load minecraft it would completely mess up my xbox and it would say things like home took too long to start. If i tried to start minecraft it would not let me play any game until i restarted my xbox. I tried deleting it but that would
    do the same thing but would not uninstall. By the way this had never happened before. Then it got deleted. I could never install it. It would always mess up my xbox and got stuck at 90 somthing %. I still cant play minecraft

    "Try updating your account's privacy settings:

    1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    2. Click the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab.

    3. Change all settings to Allow.

    Minecraft won't work

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly check and validate if your subscription is still active by following the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    If it's active, please remove ad re-add your account to re-sync it.

    REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​
