My Minecraft skins won’t work

When i load into minecraft i cany change my skin or use the skins i bought because when i try and change my skin the owned skins tab dose noting and my marketplace wont load

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. Check it out, what you should try is a

power cycle.

If that does not do the trick, I recommend
removing and redownloading your profile back to the console and trying again.

hey, have you tried uninstalling minecraft then reinstalling it? might sound silly but it may work

Yes when I try to change my skin in Minecraft Java my skin is stuck on the Alex skin but the same skin works for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft . And I have tried using another skin but that too did not work .

unfortunately it won’t work. i’m logged into minecraft on another laptop, is it possible to see my email address in the minecraft launcher?
