My minecraft realms plus subscription is glitched

So I have a realm and I pay every month and it says it expired on the 01/08/2021 and it's been cancelled. I didn't cancel and it's still online like people can go on it and everything but it says on my subscriptions on microsoft.com, I have to renew it but minecraft says I don't cause it's online for people to play on it is this a glitch cause. It said I cancelled when I didn't help!

Mojang still works with those problems. They work with everything related with Minecraft, my issue was on the Xbox One edition!

They can restore it and fix this for you.

If you are facing any issues getting hold of the live agents, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

Can they restore my subscription for the same minecraft realms plus if I get a hold of them cause It took me so long to get my members and community. I dont want to lose them.

Hi there! Christopher here, an Xbox fan and been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I had a similar situation back on April 2020 where my Realms didn't wnat to acknowledge my subscription. I solved it by speaking to Mojang! Have you tried that?
