My Minecraft Realm is not working?

When I was playing my realm last night with my friends we noticed that the server was becoming increasingly laggy. Then this morning I woke up to my friends telling me that the there was a ton of lagging and then a huge lag spike happened and everything was frozen. Now nobody can join the realm. Other worlds on the realm work and are able to be joined, but anything related to the world that we were using (including backups) does not work and just sits on the loading screen to the realm while never loading. It does not even show the realm region, it gets to barely half loaded and then freezes and does not load further. The world does contain add-ons/mods but other worlds that do work also contain mods and so I do not know what to do. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there! If you only have Minecraft Xbox One Edition, it won't work on Realms. You will need the single/self titled Minecraft game to play on Realms. More info here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-titles/minecraft-realms-overview
