My Minecraft launcher crashes a few seconds after I open it

I have the same issue, sometimes wanting to open a second client for my another minecraft account but have to close my running game to be able to re-open the launcher !

Boring as hell ... please help fixing it (as LuckyVahin201 in the past I was able to open the launcher without closing the game)

After following these steps the Minecraft launcher doesn't open

this doesn't seem to work but when I try to open Minecraft launcher it will run as a background process for a second then it will disappear.

Nothing worked 🙁 i tried logging into a different account but it said "Play" on the launcher, but when i clicked on it the minecraft window pops up for about 1/4 of a second, crashes, then said in the launcher "Failed to start game" Is there anything else to do?
