My minecraft is not showing that it was purchased

I have checked over my purchase history on the link below but I cant see my minecraft purchase. It might be because I could have got it free due to owning the previous Minecraft console edition so it wont appear on my purchase history. However it shows that I have bought multiple things from the Minecraft Marketplace and they appear on the purchase history. I have checked again and Minecraft is still not in my library and shows it needs to be bought.

The purchase shows as 'completed' under order history. I dont have an xbox, this is on my son's laptop. I purchased the deluxe edition and it said it was available for PC. I have just installed the minecraft launcher, minecraft and minecraft java separately but there are none of features of the deluxe edition.

It sounds as though you've bought the PC version of Minecraft, not the Xbox version which is why it's not showing on the console. You would need https://www.microsoft.com/p/minecraft/9nblggh537bl?activetab=pivot:overviewtab in
