    my minecraft is in demo even tho i paid for it


    i purchased minecraft by redeeming a code on the mojang website. I did it on my microsoft account. I used that microsoft account to play paid version of minecraft. on day i opened minecraft pe in my mobile as i tried to log in with the same microsoft account it was like all the xbox account data was deleted and i had to create a new gamertag. so i did make a new one and my old gamertag was nowhere to be found. After a long time i decided to play minecraft java. NOTE* i already had my minecraft of my microsoft account so i didnt have to migrate my account. So as i opened my minecraft launcher i saw my old gamertag completely gone and the new gamertag appeared which i set on my minecraft pc. Ever since that my minecraft is in demo mode and i cant play minecraft at all.
    I geniuenly need help regarding this situation
    PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME RECOVER MY MINECRAFT!!!

    i have tried everything. Seems like my micrsoft account is just like new i can see my bedrock edition is purchased but java is in demo. I guess there no hope to get my account back because theres not a single thing working and how is it even possible in the first place that my microsoft account got reset. If theres still anything you can do to help me please i need your help.

    I bought a full version game, I downloaded it. The game turn into a demo, even tho it's a offline and online game.... I don't think it's right that I pay for a game and am unable to play it....

    I paid for Xbox live....my account was not credited for it... I have had Xbox live for many long years... Only time that I wasn't on Xbox live was when I had no internet....I paid for my membership even tho....
