My minecraft downloads on my ps4 is not downloading

I just got a 25$ PSN card but when I purchased the texture pack it won’t let me download it instead it’s stuck on (downloading It May take a few moments) MORE LIKE IT WILL TAKE A FEW YEARS. Plz help me fix this problem on my ps4

I’ve also have a problem here too. There’s no error code for the problem. I tried buying a skin pack but when I got it it wouldn’t work
