    My minecraft doesn't work?


    A while ago I bought my Minecraft Java and Bedrock product, everything was working normally, however, today, when I tried to open it, it said that I needed to buy the game, as if I had not bought it before, but I already bought it and the name of my character is still active, but it says I need to buy it. What can I do to resolve this issue?

    Your Minecraft account must have migrated to a Microsoft account. In order to locate your account, you will need to find the Microsoft account to which your Minecraft account was migrated to.

    Note: For Minecraft account migration FAQs you can see them here at this link:

    In this case, kindly access all of your known email addresses on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History.

    If you can see the Minecraft transaction/order number there, which means that is the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated. You can use the Microsoft account to log in to your Minecraft launcher.

    If you're unable to see any Minecraft transactions under your order history, check your other email addresses' order history to find the correct Microsoft account.
