My friends list had dissapeard as well my friend hopefully its the xbox servers

delete your profile only re download your profile that will fix it

I have the exact same problem. When I went to the store on my Xbox to purchase the map pack it said I had 0 points, but when I log in to the Xbox website it said I had 120 points left. I tried to purchase more points through my Xbox but it gave me an error
message, so I added 1600 pts through the website. I also purchased the Benjamins camo pack online at the time. When I went back to my Xbox my gun camo downloaded with no problem. When I went back to the store on my Xbox to purchase the map pack it still showed
that I had no points, so I cant purchase the map pack yet. It is not offered for download on the website yet or else I would purchase it there. I am assuming that since this is the first day of the release that there is some technical difficulties that need
to be worked out. I will just keep checking back.

Hi, are you using the same account as you put the Microsoft points on? Are you sure the camo was 160 points and not 1600? Did you definitely buy 1600 points and not 160 by accident? Does it say you have 0 points left on Xbox.com AND the Xbox?



EDIT: It seems like you're not the only one with this problem, this could be a problem that is affecting several people trying to get this map-pack.

call microsoft about the problem to see if they could refund your microsoft points or did you calculate right maybe because i don't believe you got zero because 1600-1360 you should've had 240 or 300 points left
