    my minecraft bedrock (pe) won't let me log in my microsoft account.


    i have been trying to access the marketplace (while logged in) but it keeps saying code d-0010 or something and i googled what to do and it said log out of my microsoft account in minecraft then log in again, but now that i've done that, it won't let me log in to my microsoft account anymore and keeps saying code creeper since yesterday. what should i do? i tried uninstalling my minecraft app and installing it again, i tried restarting my phone, nothing worked. is minecraft down?

    Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum,I apologize for a delay in response.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble signing in to Minecraft. Minecraft is not down right now as per checking.

    I have checked and found an article regarding the Creeper error code. According to Minecraft Help, "Most of the time, the Creeper error code will pop up when game services try to connect in the background and can’t sign into your Microsoft account due to a faulty or inconsistent internet connection."

    With this, please do try to restart your router and see if you will still get the same error code when signing in. You can also try to use a different network connection. You can use mobile data or hotspot and see if it will help.

    Whenever I try to login to Minecraft Windows 10 edition it won't let me.

    Whenever I try to login to my Microsoft account on Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition it just says failed to log in. It lets me log in to my Microsoft account in Xbox just fine but it wont let me log in on Minecraft for my PC. I recently changed the
    email for my Microsoft account so it that could be a factor in this issue. I attached a photo of what it says whenever I try to login below.

    No, I didn't link to the ps4 bedrock edition. However my account is linked to the Xbox One bedrock version.

    Thank you for proving that detail for us.

    As long as you are using the Bedrock version of the title [Minecraft PE, Minecraft Xbox One, Minecraft Switch, Minecraft Windows 10] and you are logged into your Microsoft Account on whatever platform you are using, your save data and your purchases in-game
    are all carried along with you.

    Can you verify for us that you logged into the account that you have your world saved onto you phone?
