Yes I changed it multiple times but the hacker changed the verification email my Microsoft account has been recovered but the Xbox account where we have to login to play games like forza or minecraft has been hacked

This is all true, i was just threatened to be hacked not even 2 weeks ago for just playing some minecraft. I reported him and nothing happened. He had admitted to me that he kicks people offline for just playing a game. I'm tired of the people that aren't
even doing anything wrong getting banned, but then there are whole crowd of hackers just sitting in the shadows laughing.

he changed the primary alaince of my account to his outlook account

I can’t check “downtime” because my account got hacked or either deleted my the hacker, it said someone just got into my account somehow it was added in then changed my email to theirs not I can’t play games anymore such as Minecraft, the only game I really play.

Yesterday I was hacked and when I tried to recover I used my email, but the hacker removed it so Microsoft said it doesn't exist. I used the hacker's email and used the correct information in the recovery form but it says unsuccessful and cant confirm I own the account. is there anything else I can do? The hacker probably changed everything related to the recovery form so I can't do anything about it. (btw the email of the hacker ends with rambler.ru)
