My Minecraft a button won't work. What should I do?

I've been playing Minecraft for quite a while now on my Xbox One. On the disc version and the Game Pass version. But recently a problem has occurred where everything else on my controller decides to work besides my a buttons. Meaning I cannot get into my world, my skins or my shop. I've tried troubleshooting tips like unplugging everything from my Xbox. Turning off my Xbox, hard restarting my Xbox, and soft factory resetting. But none of it seems to work. I have reset my but my button mapping three times. It doesn't work. Please Microsoft, I would like some help so I could play Minecraft again.

Is this only happening with Minecraft? Also, do you have a third-party headset plugged into your console? If yes, kindly unplug the headset and then try playing the game again.

I used the link and all the permissions were enabled. At this point it's probably an issue with my internet. What can I do to my internet to fix it?

Ask your Internet service provider to open these ports

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Note that this port opening is typically configured for a single IP address, so you would have to ask your provider to open it for the devices where you want to use the game.
