My mincraft isnt working

I've been trying to start my minecraft for over an hour and its just not working. It will load all the way in and show me the menu but before i even see any options, it kicks me out and i have to reload it and after i do it still does the same thing. I've
been planning on streaming it lately and i havent had a chanch to tell me veiwers what is going on so they are waiting for me to stream Minecraft which i usually dont stream. So if anybody can help or knows someone who has delt with this please help!!!(and
no restarting my xbox hasnt worked)

Try turning your Xbox off by pressing and holding the power button until it shuts down. Then unplug it and plug it back in.

If this doesn't work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Minecraft.

Also for some reason i can log into minecraft without an account and then when i hit switch user and go onto my account it closes Minecraft which that was what i used to do and it used to work but it doesnt anymore. idk what hapenned i tried downloading
a texture pack like i have in the past but when i did this time thats when it stopped working

I did this and the second mincraft is still there trying to download but say 0 out of 0 complete? I'm confused

Edit I Uninstalled the second minecraft and now it works and let's me open mincraft.

my minecraft still isnt working, did you restart your console after?
