My Microsoft subscription

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with a purchase. The name of the payee is the purchase is for a subscription. Have you signed up for Ultimate game pass or Xbox live on your account or any other account? If you haven't
we recommend requesting a call from support. They can look into it further. As you will need to know the account the charge is coming from for a refund.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

My premium subscription for Microsoft Solitaire has not worked since I upgraded to the latest version of Windows 10 on the Insider Program Fast Ring. My premium subscription for Microsoft Mahjong has been working fine. Any help would be appreciated as my
subscription is good through October 2016. Thanks!

I have tried to do this yesterday but my realm subscription just not appear in the microsoft website, but i received an email from microsoft telling me that the subscription will renew

Thankyou for your suggestions. Unfortunately there are no purchases showing on my account, and nothing showing on my subscriptions page.

When I login to my Xbox account I click on My subscriptions and it takes me through to the Microsoft link above, where there are no subscriptions.

I’m not sure where my Xbox subscription is so I probably need to speak to someone at Microsoft to get it sorted. Do you know how I can contact them?
