My Microsoft store doesn't work

Can you log in to the store on your computer?

Try clearing the console cache might work. Have you tried accessing it in any other way, such as through the pc or app on the mobile?

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

Thanks for coming to the forums. Is this on an Xbox console? If so we recommend to

power cycle the console. Once it is back on look for an update for the Microsoft store. Then try launching it again.

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Check if your Windows version is up to date by going to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates. The latest one should be 2H22

Solution 2: Change the region of your device.

Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

Under Country or region, select your new region.

You can switch back to your original region at any time.

Solution 3: Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt

Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer
