    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working


    Windows10 My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working. I uninstalled, shut down then re-installed

    It still does not work Any suggestions would help.

    I was using these games daily. Now a white screen appears & it's blank

    Microsoft solitaire

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working. It has been working fine but no longer, just sits at the load screen and goes no further. Any ideas where to start?

    Game stopped working

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection in Windows 10 has stopped working. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled and re-installed the game. Nothing has worked. How can I fix this?

    Hey, Sandra. Did you try resetting it in your settings? I know you said you uninstalled and reinstalled, but there is a reset option in the settings that may do the trick.

    You will have to give me more information. Where will I find systems so that I can reset the Microsoft Solitaire games.

    Yes that did the trick.

    Since then, on Sept.13.2018, when the last update was done I have no Edge program.

    I asked twice for help on the Feedback Hub but still have no reply. I tried to reset but that did not help and I cannot find

    Edge in the App Store. Edge came with this computer. So I am forced to use Firefox. Too bad.

    I have a white background picture with the E in the center but not browser or tools shown. Just for your info.

    You are wrong, there is no "settings" in Microsoft Solitaire Premium!!!

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Version is 2.3.1406.1149
