My Microsoft Rewards account was suspended a while ago... what happens to my Xbox live ...

I had my Microsoft Rewards program suspended a few years ago due to using a bot for searches... moved along.

What happens to my Xbox live transfer when I cannot have a Microsoft Rewards account?

Will my account be suspended because of the transition from Xbox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards?

So a while back, (over two years ago, I think) my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended because there was multiple Microsoft accounts that were used on my computer. Now that the Xbox Rewards Program is converting to Microsoft Rewards, will my Xbox Rewards
account become suspended too? Will I get a second chance?!

I have/had a "Bing Rewards" account that has been suspended for a good while and I'm still not sure why it was suspended, when the "Bing Rewards" account was switched/renamed to "Microsoft Rewards", the account was/is still listed as suspended. My
question is: If my "Microsoft Rewards" account is suspended, will my "Xbox Live Rewards" account be suspended as well? I've had an Xbox Live Rewards account since the beta in May 2011 and have used it every month since and don't want to lose it. Follow-up
question: If my account stays suspended, does anyone know how to reinstate my account or at the least, find out why my account(s) was suspended in the first place.

This really needs to be addressed. I know I am not the only one who no longer has a account due to some issue or other.

Does Microsoft look at these forums like they say they do?

 

Support doesn't post in the discussion forum, but forum support does not handle the Microsoft Rewards program, so you would need to contact their

customer support to see about getting your account unsuspended.

 

Not sure what is happening but now I can see my old points when I login to bing... 18K at that time. It had only read 0 for the past few years so I know something is changing.

I still cannot see and rewards account info nor do my attempts to join rewards succeed. Hopefully this is not a glitch and they are allowing users back into rewards to fulfill there XBox transition.
