    My Microsoft Reward Been Suspended Again.


    I have when to microsoft reward support to try to fix this problem. My microsoft reward have being active but few moment later it being suspended again. I try to send a message to microsoft reward supporter but it leave saying "We're
    sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later". Please I need help. Also how long microsoft reward will be suspended?

    is it your Xbox Live that has been suspended or your MS Rewards?

    if it is your MS Rewards that has been suspended, go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/, scroll to the bottom and click on the link for Contact Microsoft Rewards
    Support.

    I get absolutely no replies from rewards support AT ALL... just a "case closed" email. Anyone else?

    I can find no forum anywhere on Microsoft for the Rewards program. Is it some kind of rogue agency?

    The biggest problem i have right now is that my Rewards account was suddenly suspended. For over a week I have been submitting support requests to find out why it was suspended and what I need to do to get access to it again.

    FOUR support requests (so far) have gone unanswered but were closed.

    As far as I know, Rewards suspensions are permanent.
    True ! Rewards have a zero tolerance policy.
