My Microsoft reward account is suspended and idk how long will they resolved it.

Hello my name is Miguel Erana Aquino. Last Sunday or Friday my Xbox reward account was being suspended. When I recieved an emailed they said they will consult their research team and conduct an investigation. I never had my Microsoft reward account being suspended. And this has never happen to me before. I reach out to them and follow up a submit ticket but there no response. So idk how long will this suspension will last. They never tell me how long it will take to finish the investigation.

Since you have already submitted a ticket to them, please give it 24-72 hours for the update. And if incase it is more than that, kindly submit another ticket to Rewards Support.

It still isn’t working, but my enforcement action only says completed suspensions. So idk if I’m still suspended or it’s just not letting me talk online anymore. How can I find out how long the enforcement is ? Because it only told me it will be 24hrs, and it’s past time limit, but no account recovered completely.
