    My Microsoft Order is still pending.


    So I just recently ordered a Xbox One controller about 5-6 days ago, and every time i check the order status, it says that my order is still pending. I checked my bank account and the money's already been taken away.

    I tried contacting Microsoft Support and havent received a helpful solution, so please don't suggest that option.

    Why is it taking so long to process and ship? Its been on pending for way too long!

    as you should know microsofy is very busy due to quarantine, when doing a refund i understand it can be stressful to not get immediate feedback. What i recommend is to either wait or file for another refund

    hi vaasolo you have to remember that things are slower because of the way the world is right now you just have to be patient and they will get your controller out to you

    I understand completely. So far my order has been pending for a little over 2 weeks and i can't seem to contact these people at all. Its ridiculous.
