    I put my preorder bonus codes on the wrong account(I hate myself) So I was wondering what to do(I HATE MYSELF RIGHT NOW )so if you can please (My hate for myself is great)

    I was told to post this here by support because I was told members of Microsoft support monitor these boards. I’ve already done troubleshooting on my device. Was assured it was an XBOX Live issue. I made multiple calls to support, was put on hold until the
    line went dead a couple of times and then told to come here in chat support. Im not sure where else to go from here. If anyone could assist, my problem is still present.

    I was told to post here to have the Xbox live enforcement team get back to me. A child reported my account to purposely get my son locked out of xbox live. I reported the issue to Microsoft & Xbox support. Told I could post her for another review.

    My Microsoft Live support person told me to put my issue here so...

    Support would be the only ones who could cancel it for you so you could redeem it on the other account. You can try contacting them again to see if a different agent can do something, but that's nothing something that can be handled via the forums.

    They said that they had "special sales and promotion" staff that look over this forum constantly and the only place that could fix my mistake would be the staff here. I felt like this place was more of a community forum but I posted this here anyway just

    Support in this forum is more to help with missing codes from promotions or issues with redeeming codes. Phone/chat support would be the only ones who could handle issues with codes that have already been redeemed.

    Sorry to hear you were pushed here. Smwutches is 100% correct that this isn't something we're able to assist with over the forums, and we're unable to guarantee that the content will be able to be moved to your account by chat support either. Are you able
    to add the account to the console you play on so you can share the content (if applicable)?

    If the codes went missing, or you didn't receive anything you should have, that's where we as forums staff are able to step in. There is not a dedicated promotion staff here on the forums, but we work very closely with the teams who run promotions through
    Xbox.

    This exact thing happened to me last week. So I contacted the support and did all the steps that they told me to do. Didn't work. They put my case forward to Advocacy Team, whose help didn't work. They told me that my account was locked and should contact
    Microsoft Support. So I contacted them, they told me that my account was working and I should contact Xbox support again if my account didn't work, because my problem was about Xbox Live and they couldn't help on that matter. So here I am looking for help.
    Can somebody here help me?
