    My Microsoft credit is still not showing up


    I purchased the Destiny Lightfall for Xbox game pass and refunded it and it said that it was going to be sent to my Microsoft credit but there’s still nothing showing in my Microsoft credit after the refund got accepted

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    It will be credited back to the original payment method that was used in purchasing the game, DJ.

    You can validate the payment method that you used by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and click on "order details" under the refunded transaction (Get Destiny 2: Lightfall)

    this is ridiculous how i'm still waiting for this refund. and my bank isn't helping me, how can i show them that microsoft actually sent me the refund?? the credit card i purchased my xbox gold used to show up in my purchase history but now it's not.. i
    have no proof of showing my bank that there was an actual refund anymore

    I did not get my DLC for viewing the XO18 through Mixer!

    I know for me it showed up in my order history. I was expecting it to show up in my messages, but it was credited directly to my account.

    The Items showed up automatically in game as well.

    If you are still having issues I would check out the information provided by Brad.

    Hi RAYYONN. There is currently a delay in awarding for console purchases. Credits should show as pending by the end of the week. As for purchases from the Xbox Store, they get calculated into MyVIP. Once you unlock a Star level, you'll begin to earn payback
    on eligible purchases.
