My Microsoft.com account is not existing anymore after Mojan migration (minecraft)

Hi,

I migrated 2 old Mojang Accounts to Microsoft.

for 2 Month everything was ok.

early september i was not able to login to Minecraft anymore.

When i try to login to my account i get this message

Dieses Microsoft-Konto ist nicht vorhanden. Geben Sie ein anderes Konto ein, oder fordern Sie ein neues an.

its like the account is not existing. please chose another one or request a new one

somewhere in between i found the info that i am not able to use my personal email/domain due to my 2 accounts being small business accounts,

Login to office365 is still possible and i get emails from microsoft on this email account.

Still we are not able to login to Microsoft and so are not able to use our minecraft account ( including avatar ) which is connected to that domain/email account

the Support from you just send me from A to B but is not helpful at all.

Hello HSM6283, by your description there may have been a problem at the time of account migration, in this case the ideal would be to contact Mojang support so that they can guide you correctly.

If you've migrated, your Mojang account doesn't exist anymore, it's been deleted. You can reach out to the Minecraft team to see if this is possible: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/

Hello again,

so i spoke with Xbox helper and he told me that my minecraft java edition from Xbox Game Pass doesn't exist after the migration and it can't be recovered,

but how is that possible that account can be deleted without any warning, and can't be recovered because it doesn't make sense in my opinion. Also in FAQ about migration there is no information what will happen when you migrate mojang account to microsoft account that has java edition minecraft.

For your Minecraft game, if you already have migrated your Minecraft account to a Microsoft account, it cannot be undone anymore. It will be permanently linked to the Microsoft account you used on the migration process.

Did you try the Merge feature on MineCraft?
It's best to read further information about it: Merging Minecraft Accounts.

Also, by reading further:

You won't need it anymore! After migrating you'll use your Microsoft account to log in to the Minecraft Launcher to play the game and log in to minecraft.net to manage your settings.

So perhaps try the Microsoft account.
