    I added money into my account and the money isn't there when I go on the store but when I go into my settings and check my money it's there so I can't buy a game sense there's no money when I go into the store.

    Hello There! With these kind of issues, I'd suggest some basic troubleshooting steps such as removing your account. If thise doesn't fix the issue try a hard reset and power cycle to the console .

    1. Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.
    2. Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the accounts that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the reset.

    Most likely could be a glitch of some sorts. When you buy from the store, see if there's a "change payment method" because you might have to set it to your rewards balance manually. Otherwise, you're better off contacting support and they should be able to take care of it.

    "Once a refund has been approved it typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) to be refunded. Where it will be refunded depends on what payment method you used. If you used a credit card, it will be refunded to that. If you used your Microsoft account balance, it will be refunded there. "
