    my microsoft balance is bugging out


    i put a 25 pound card on my xbox and now, when i try and purchase stuff on my games its saying that i havnt put the 25 card on. when i check my balance it says i have. so i cant purchase any content, I NEED HELP xd

    Hi Fellow gamer,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a gift card. We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to see what the issue is.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    No, you can't use your microsoft balance for now, i don't know if it's a bug of intentionnal.

    I have had this issue before, Have you checked there isn't an outstanding balance or that on your account some games can bug out if you have a outstanding balance example from games pass games can appear in there but they can disappear if out standing
    balance ect.

    I lost 10€ on my minecraft buy account balance but not into my microsoft account balance

    so everyday i decided to check my account balance by going into my minecraft buy button and i saw that my 10€ we're lost and i was scared and when i ran into my microsoft personal account balance, i found that i had 20€ just like normal.

    and i dont know if its a bug but when i go try buy minecraft in microsoft store it says 20€ but not in the minecraft launcher
