My Microsoft (and minecraft) got locked for absolutely no reason.

Hi!

So recently when i as usual wanted to play minecraft I randomly got banned for suspecious activity on hypixel. This made me sad but I didnt know the reason for it. So i checked Microsoft. As usual I entered my email and clicked the thing in the aunthenticator and i got the pop up that my account was locked. I couldnt do a verification code so i did some research and i got locked for '' suspicious activity or for violating of Microsoft’s Terms of Use agreement.'' I dont know how i can violate any terms for playing minecraft? I would like to recover my account because I have alot of hours in hypixel and then it is all wasted because of a false account lock.

Please could anyone tell me what the possible reason could have been?

When im trying to appeal with the link you gave it says i have to login on step no. 1, but the thing is I cant login cause my account has been locked. I already entered the form that the screen tell me to do ''aka.ms'' but im not getting any response
