As stated by XBF Leo G, at this point, we would have to refer you to submit a ticket with Mojang so that they may better assist you with being
able to properly sync your account onto your other platform.

We here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to be able to assist you further in being able to sign into your Microsoft account across this alternate platform.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

I am able to sign in to the Microsoft and Xbox websites, but it still won’t let me log in on my PS4.
