My microsoft account was stolen

and like mentioned if you can't access your account, you will need to contact Xbox Support via
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Sorry there is no way to track a stolen device like this. You can shutdown access to the console by changing your password to the account.

Microsoft does recommend that you file a police report and give them you console's information.
