My microsoft account was hacked which resulted in my xbox live account being banned

My account was stolen, and suddenly I found that the xbox live account was banned. After appealing, I passed the application. I successfully retrieved the account and changed the account password according to the steps in the email, but was banned again the next day. This time My appeal application was rejected, and there is no channel to contact the customer service, and the email is not answered. I don't know what happened after the account was stolen, so can you help me solve the problem?

Sorry but nothing on an account can be transferred to another account. It is also against the ToU and CoC of the Live service to give or sell an account to someone else. Doing so could result in the account and/or console being banned from Live.
